David Rigdon is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with a strong commitment to defending the rights of his clients. Born and raised in Tifton, Georgia, David’s legal journey has been rooted in his deep connection to his community. He earned his law degree from the prestigious University of Georgia School of Law, where he honed his legal skills and developed a profound understanding of criminal law.
Upon completing his studies, David returned to Tifton to serve as a law clerk for the esteemed Judges of the Tift Superior Circuit. This valuable experience provided him with a unique perspective on the inner workings of the criminal justice system, enabling him to develop a keen understanding of both the prosecution and defense sides of criminal cases.
David ended up at The Spizman Firm through a series of coincidences but he soon realized he had found a home with a team equally dedicated to the principals of justice, compassion, and zealous advocacy.
Whether handling misdemeanor charges or serious felony cases, David approaches each case with the same commitment to achieving the most favorable outcomes possible. David prides himself on his ability to communicate with his clients while helping them navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.
